Our vessel’s flat deck pulls up perfectly even with the wheel chair accessible dock we depart from. Captain Michelle and her deckhand are happy to assist any one effortlessly on and off of the ship. Our 8 foot wide deck is carpeted and lined with soft, comfy sofa seating that comes complete with drink holders -  a necessity for any party boat! This is no cramped water taxi; with our full compliment of twelve passengers, there is still plenty of room to move about. The Me Shell’s is an open boat; there are no bad seats. The forward couches are open to the sun and the aft seating is shaded by a canopy.
Even with a full compliment of twelve passengers we draw only inches of water and are capable of pulling into any one of the beautiful, free  access  marine parks in the Sechelt Inlet. Under the bow is an 8 foot ramp which extends to the shoreline so you can step easily onto the shore without getting your feet wet. Why not take a romantic picnic dinner into the pristine wilderness of Coastal British Columbia, and wash it down with a sunset cruise home? If you’re local or staying at a waterfront bed and breakfast in Sechelt Inlet or Porpoise Bay we are be able to  pick up and drop you at any dock or beach.

Captain Michelle Burns came to the Sunshine Coast from Southern Ontario as a tourist. She became so enamoured with the natural beauty of the Coast that she found it impossible to return home. She first discovered the Sechelt Inlet by kayak and sail boat. Now, as Captain of her own ship, Michelle continues to share her love of the unique, tranquil beauty of the Sechelt Inlet. Captain Michelle is a fully trained and certified commercial boat operator. She is also fully versed in the rich and diverse cultural history of Sechelt and the Sunshine Coast.
